Executive produced by Scott alongside Mike Dean and collaborators including Metro Boomin, Southside, and Zaytoven, the album blends trap production with psychedelic and experimental elements. Guest appearances include Quavo, Future, The Weeknd, Swae Lee, and Justin Bieber.
Rodeo debuted at number three on the Billboard 200 with 85,000 album-equivalent units in its first week. The album's standout single "Antidote" peaked at number 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned 5× Platinum certification from the RIAA. Other tracks like "3500" featuring Future and 2 Chainz and "Nightcrawler" featuring Swae Lee and Chief Keef showcased Scott's ability to craft dark, immersive soundscapes.
Critics praised Rodeo for its ambitious production and cohesive vision. The album established Scott as a major creative force in hip-hop and influenced the genre's continued embrace of atmospheric, genre-blurring production.
