Resolute Records offers a variety of affordable ways to get records into the hands of vinyl lovers locally, and across North America.
LOCAL PICK-UP
The fastest way for our Toronto area customers to get their records is to choose pick-up in checkout. Orders placed during our operating hours are ready within two hours. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will not be available until the following day. After you place your order, you will receive a second email confirming when your order is ready for pick-up. We respectfully request that you come collect your order within one week of receiving the pick up notice. All orders not collected within three months after the pick up notice has been sent will be deemed abandoned and non-refundable.
When you come to collect your order, please have your order number ready.

SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY
We now offer local same day delivery within a 30km radius (as the crow flies) of our studio at 658 Queen Street West! We process same day delivery orders Tuesday through Saturday. Orders must be placed before 1:15pm EST to be eligible for same day delivery. Orders placed after 1:15pm EST will be delivered the following day, within our normal operating hours.
We are closed every Sunday and Monday, and no deliveries will be processed or delivered on those days. Delivery orders placed Saturday after 1:15pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Deliveries are performed by our courier partner Trexity and are typically delivered within a few hours of being picked up from Resolute Records. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with live tracking information.

We offer free shipping across Canada on orders of $129 CAD or more before tax, and we utilize one or several shipping partners to deliver packages. Our shipping partners include Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and Chit Chats Canada.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
To help minimize shipping costs on orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, we offer several flat rate tiers that are in many cases more cost effective than choosing the Canada Post calculated rate in check out. For most flat rate shipping orders, we utilize Chit Chats, Canada Post, Purolator or UPS to deliver packages.
