Tron Ares: Divergence is a remix collection by Nine Inch Nails, released in 2026 through Interscope, Walt Disney Records, and The Null Corporation. Built from material created for the Tron: Ares soundtrack, the album reworks themes and compositions from the film score while also incorporating previously unreleased music from the recording sessions.
The project marks the band's first remix focused release since Year Zero Remixed in 2007. Featuring contributions from a range of electronic and experimental artists, the album transforms the cinematic and industrial elements of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross' score into a collection of reinterpretations that range from atmospheric and ambient to rhythmic and club oriented.
Released as a surprise album during Nine Inch Nails' Peel It Back tour, Tron Ares: Divergence received positive reviews, with critics highlighting the diversity of its remixers and the way the material was reshaped into a standalone listening experience separate from the original film score.
