American rapper Mac Miller’s seventh studio album, Balloonerism, was released on January 17, 2025, under Warner Records. It’s his second posthumous album, following Circles, released five years prior. The album features guest appearances by Delusional Thomas and SZA.

Teased in November 2024 with an animated trailer at Camp Flog Gnaw, Balloonerism was officially announced by Miller’s estate on social media. The album held significant importance to Miller, and he had commissioned artwork and discussed its release before his death. Familiarity with the project from unofficial online versions contributed to its official release.

Recorded in 2014 around the time of his mixtape Faces, Balloonerism’s cover art features a painting by Alim Smith. A short film based on the album was released on Amazon Prime Video on the same day.
