The band continues to blur the lines between metalcore and hardcore, adding eerie melodic textures and guest features like Poppy on “Suffocate” and Chris Motionless on “Slaughterhouse 2.” Critics have likened the album’s ambition and intensity to Iowa-era Slipknot, with vocalist Bryan Garris and crew delivering relentless, no-frills chaos. From the moment opener “Thirst” explodes, the band doesn’t let up—there are no acoustic breaks, no ballads, no concessions.
