Frozen Charlotte is the seventh studio album by Jack White, released in 2026 through Third Man Records. Also titled Frozen Charlatan, the album was introduced through the singles “G.O.D. and the Broken Ribs”, “Derecho Demonico”, and “Dollar Bill”.
The record continues White’s mix of garage rock, blues, hard rock, and experimental studio production, with distorted guitars, abrupt rhythmic shifts, and tightly arranged vocals. Its release coincided with the beginning of a North American tour.
The cover features a custom doll sculpture created by White for his exhibition These Thoughts May Disappear. The figure combines a death’s head with the body of a Frozen Charlotte, a nineteenth century penny doll associated with a folk ballad about a girl who freezes to death.
