The album generated multiple worldwide hits including "Don't Start Now," "Physical," "Break My Heart," and "Levitating." "Don't Start Now" became one of 2020's best-performing songs, while "Levitating" was the longest-running track on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2021. The record debuted at number two on the UK Albums Chart and number four on the US Billboard 200, earning multi-platinum certifications in numerous countries.
Future Nostalgia won Best Pop Vocal Album at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, with "Don't Start Now" receiving nominations for Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
