NEW DOUBLE LP

New sealed copy. 2025 repress.

Originally released on February 12, 2008 through Dine Alone Records, Bring Me Your Love is the second full-length album from Dallas Green’s City and Colour project. Marking a shift from the sparse acoustic and piano-driven approach of earlier releases, this record expands into a fuller folk sound, with contributions from harmonica, banjo, mandolin, drums, and upright bass.

The album includes the standout singles “Waiting…” and “Sleeping Sickness,” the latter featuring a guest verse from Gord Downie of The Tragically Hip. Named after a Charles Bukowski short story, Bring Me Your Love trades in vulnerability and understated emotional weight, culminating with the quiet refrain of its final track, “As Much as I Ever Could.”

A limited 2-disc edition followed later that year, and the album was finally issued on vinyl in 2011. Over time, it has come to be seen as a key entry in Green’s catalog, bridging his acoustic roots with a broader, more textured folk-rock sound.
