Chet Baker in New York is an album by American trumpeter Chet Baker, recorded in 1958 and released the following year through Riverside Records. The record dates from Baker's late 1950s period, when he was working increasingly outside the West Coast jazz setting most closely associated with his earlier career.
The album includes "Fair Weather," composed by Benny Golson, alongside a program of jazz standards and contemporary material. Chet Baker in New York remains a notable entry from Baker's Riverside period and documents his playing during a transitional stage of his career.
