The Colour of My Love is the twelfth studio album by Celine Dion and her third English language release, issued in 1993 through Columbia Records and Epic Records. Produced primarily by David Foster, Ric Wake, Walter Afanasieff, Christopher Neil, and Guy Roche, the album continued Dion's transition from an emerging international vocalist to a major mainstream pop artist.
The record combines adult contemporary ballads with polished pop arrangements and includes several of Dion's best known recordings from the period. "The Power of Love" became her first number one single in the United States, while "Think Twice" reached number one in the United Kingdom and several European countries. The album also includes "When I Fall in Love," a duet with Clive Griffin originally recorded for Sleepless in Seattle.
The Colour of My Love topped the charts in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and several European markets, while reaching number four on the Billboard 200. With worldwide sales exceeding 20 million copies, it became one of Dion's major international commercial breakthroughs and won Album of the Year at the 1995 Juno Awards.
