Count Your Blessings: Repented is a 2026 re-recording of Bring Me the Horizon’s 2006 debut album, released to mark its twentieth anniversary. The original record introduced the band’s early deathcore sound, combining melodic death metal guitar work, harsh vocals, rapid drumming, and frequent breakdowns.
The new version revisits songs including “Pray for Plagues”, “Black & Blue”, and “(I Used to Make Out With) Medusa” two decades after their original release. It also includes the previously unreleased track “Dehumanized”.
Rather than presenting a remaster of the original recordings, Repented features newly recorded performances of the album’s material, returning to the aggressive style that defined the band’s earliest period.
