Ride Lonesome is the fifteenth studio album by Beck, released in 2026 through Capitol Records. It is his first studio album since Hyperspace in 2019, marking the longest gap between studio albums in his career. The record followed a period in which Beck had been developing orchestral material and revisiting older songs through live performances and archival releases.
Recorded at United Studios in Hollywood, the album reunites Beck with a group of longtime collaborators including Smokey Hormel, Joey Waronker, Justin Meldal Johnsen, Roger Joseph Manning Jr., and Jason Falkner, musicians who had previously appeared on Mutations, Sea Change, and Morning Phase. Beck produced the album, with Nigel Godrich handling the mix, giving the sessions a direct connection to several earlier periods of his catalogue.
The album was introduced through the title track, followed by "In the Night" and "Disappearing Act." A later version of "Ride Lonesome" also featured Sierra Ferrell.
