Pylon is the fourth studio album by beabadoobee, released in 2026 through Dirty Hit and Interscope Records. Written largely while touring behind This Is How Tomorrow Moves, the album was produced by beabadoobee with Shane Moran of Title Fight and Luca Buccellati. Matty Healy and George Daniel of the 1975 also produced "Write Me A Letter."
The record moves further into the guitar music that has long influenced Beatrice Laus, drawing from classic grunge, midwest emo, and 1990s alternative rock while emphasizing a heavier and more direct band sound. Hayley Williams appears on "Nothing To Prove," Brendan Yates of Turnstile contributes to "Powerlines," and the album also includes work from Chino Moreno of Deftones, Evan Stephens Hall of Pinegrove, and Moran.
Much of Pylon was written in hotel rooms and between tours, with lyrics addressing isolation, homesickness, strained relationships, adulthood, and accepting change. The title was inspired by the electrical pylons Laus repeatedly saw while travelling, which became a symbol of connection to home despite physical distance. Songs including "Sun Has Set," "Switchblade," "Memories," and "Radio" place those themes within some of the most forceful rock arrangements of her catalogue.
