In the Crowd is the second full length album by Absolute Losers, released on September 26 2025. The band is a rock trio from Charlottetown in Prince Edward Island formed by brothers Sam and Josh Langille with Daniel Hartinger. They released their debut album At the Mall in 2023, recorded independently, and it received attention on campus radio including chart placements at CJLO and CHSR along with a feature on Q with Tom Power. In 2024 the group received the Music PEI Award for New Artist of the Year.
Absolute Losers have performed regularly across Canada and have appeared with artists including TUNS, Daniel Romano Outfit, Skydiggers, and Holy Fuck. They have also appeared at festivals such as Dawson City Music Festival, Hillside, Sappyfest, and SOMMO.
For In the Crowd, the band collaborated with producer Graham Walsh. The album presents concise pop oriented songwriting while retaining the direct guitar driven sound established on their earlier recordings.
