Dream Chaser is Willie Nelson’s 79th solo studio album, released in 2026 through Legacy Recordings. Arriving shortly after his 93rd birthday, the album finds Nelson continuing to explore themes that have long defined his songwriting, including time, mortality, love, and resilience.
Produced by longtime collaborator Buddy Cannon, the record features a mix of reflective ballads and easygoing country arrangements, highlighted by the title track and “I Can't Read Your Mind”, which marks Nelson’s first songwriting collaboration with Bob Dylan since 1993. Throughout the album, Nelson’s understated delivery and distinctive phrasing remain at the center of the material.
