Originally released in 2005, In Between Dreams is the third studio album from singer-songwriter Jack Johnson and remains one of his most commercially successful records. While the critical reception was mixed—some reviewers described the record as safe or overly laid-back—others acknowledged a broader range of themes, particularly on tracks like “Crying Shame” and “Staple It Together”, which hint at political and social concerns.
