The Way I Am is the sixth studio album by Luke Combs, released on March 20, 2026 through Sony Music Nashville and Seven Ridges Records. Produced by Combs alongside Chip Matthews and Jonathan Singleton, the album continues the sound he established on Fathers and Sons while leaning further into straightforward, song driven country.
The rollout was gradual, with multiple singles and previews arriving ahead of release, including “Back in the Saddle,” “Days Like These,” and “Be By You.” These tracks reflect Combs’ focus on everyday storytelling, with themes centered around relationships, touring life, and personal reflection rather than major stylistic shifts.
The album also set the stage for his My Kinda Saturday Night Tour, which began immediately following the release. As with his previous work, The Way I Am reinforces Combs’ position as one of the most consistent voices in modern country, built on strong melodies and a direct, unpolished delivery.
