A Pound of Feathers is the tenth studio album by The Black Crowes, released on March 13, 2026 through the band’s own Silver Arrow label. The record follows 2024’s Happiness Bastards and continues the group’s return after a long hiatus, with brothers Chris Robinson and Rich Robinson again leading the project.
The album was introduced with the singles “Profane Prophecy” / “Pharmacy Chronicles” and “It’s Like That.” Robinson described the sessions as instinct driven, focusing on the creative energy that has carried the band through decades of recording rather than trying to consciously reshape their sound.
A Pound of Feathers received strong reviews from critics, with praise for its songwriting and the band’s continued ability to channel classic rock, blues, and Southern rock influences.
