On February 14 1995 the Cranberries recorded an acoustic performance at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York City for MTV Unplugged. Accompanied by Electra Strings, the group performed nine songs, including three that were unreleased at the time. Free to Decide and Im Still Remembering later appeared on the album To the Faithful Departed, while Yesterdays Gone has never been issued in a studio version. The Unplugged performance of Zombie was released on the North American maxi single for When You are Gone, and the version of Yesterdays Gone appeared on the concert film Beneath the Skin Live in Paris. The program first aired on April 18 1995.
The complete performance was released for the first time on vinyl, compact disc, and digital formats on November 7 2025.
