Legacy (The Very Best of David Bowie), also known as simply Legacy, is a greatest hits album by English musician David Bowie, released on November 11, 2016, through Sony Music Entertainment in the US and Warner Music Group in the UK and other territories. This release marks a significant milestone for Bowie, as it became his first album to reach 400 weeks on the UK albums chart, placing it among the albums with the longest runs on that chart.

Legacy largely mirrors the tracklist of the two-disc edition of Bowie's previous hits collection, Nothing Has Changed (2014). However, "Love Is Lost" and "Sue (Or in a Season of Crime)" from Nothing Has Changed are replaced with three new selections: "Lazarus" and "I Can't Give Everything Away" from Bowie's final studio album Blackstar (2016), and the radio edit of "Slow Burn" from Heathen (2002). Notably, the compilation also includes a new mix of "Life on Mars?" by the song's original co-producer, Ken Scott. This new version was promoted as a single, accompanied by a special music video to highlight the album's release.
